• A confirmed hotel is a booked hotel. Thanks to our on-line system we receive from the hotel a confirmation of your reservation, so that any overbooking is excluded. Should the hotel not be able to confirm your reservation, we will submit you an alternative without any obligation.

FOR BOOKINGS HOTEL ONLY:

• Financial guarantee. Upon arrival you pay 70% of the total amount directly to the hotel and 30%, which you have transmitted to us as an advance, will be deposited with the hotel as a guarantee.
